SHIPPING & DELIVERY
SUCI SOLUTIONS ENTERPRISE (SUCI) processes orders for shipping from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays (Selangor). Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please be informed our cut off is at 12 noon. For orders received before 12 noon, the parcel will be delivered on the same day. And orders received afterwards will be sent on the next working day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic shipping within Malaysia (East & West Malaysia) is shipped and dispatched from Kuala Lumpur via Citylink Express (M). Please note that it takes 1-3 working days before tracking information is available via your tracking link. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
In rare cases, please be informed that SUCI might use other courier service providers as an alternative such as Setel Express.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
SUCI is happy to ship worldwide. For a list of countries that we ship to and general inquiries on international shipping, you may contact our team by emailing [email protected] and we will calculate the shipping to your destination.
SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
We are not responsible for merchandise risk of loss after the courier has delivered the order to the address. We do not take responsibility if the courier cannot deliver the package in time due to an incomplete address or phone number, misspelt address or phone number or no recipient at the address. Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes from SUCI in processing the order(s) given the customer has provided complete and accurate shipping information.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
Tracking number will be provided through email once we have packed your order, you can check it the next day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information.
